• Every first meeting with a client begins with the question, “What is your most important business objective, and what stands in your way?” We want to know the client’s vision of where the business is headed, and the obstacles to reaching that destination.
• Crawford comes back with a PR plan and program, and works it to drive the client’s business goals. We also know how to recognize and seize an opportunity. As the saying goes, “Lieutenants talk strategy – Generals do tactics.”
